Then, Chef Monica will guide you and your guests through an engaging, interactive pasta-making class, where you’ll learn to craft ravioli, tortellini, and tagliatelle by hand using authentic techniques and advanced tools. After all your hard work, the celebration continues with plated meal featuring your handmade pasta creations, complemented by rich, flavorful sauces and accompanied by traditional Italian dessert to end on a sweet note.
